Christopher ‘ Tricky’ Stewart has decided to step down from his position as president of A&R at Epic Records. Stewart says that he want to focus on producing. Its unclear if someone has been selected to fill his A&R seat. Stewart stated:

I miss making records too much. At the end of the day, thats my No. 1 passion. I want to always give 100% to everything I do.  To both these jobs, I would need to 200%. To be the best record person I can be is for me to be working in the studio.

During his stint at Epic he managed the Think Like a Man soundtrack and forthcoming albums from  Ciara. He is probably most famous for Queen Bey’s “Single Ladies,” Rihanna’s “Umbrella” and Justin Bieber’s “Baby”
