Bruno Mars or LaBamba, as I affectionately call him, is scheduled to headline next year Superbowl halftime show according to the LA Times. Mars is expected to perform Super Bowl XLVIII at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on February 2, 2014. This will probably be his largest audience to date. If Bruno performs at halftime he would be following in the footsteps of past headliners Michael Jackson, Prince, Madonna, and Beyoncé. Those are big shoes to fill.

Bruno’s current album ‘Unorthodox Jukeboxhas just been certified platinum. After Bruno’s performance at the MTV’s VMA’s, I think his halftime show would be very entertaining.

Do you think he has what it takes to command The Superbowl stage?
