Wellness Wednesday: Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

Kinfolks! It’s “Wellness Wednesday”

I am out here trying to live my best life just like Cardi B and make changes in my lifestyle and eating habits that will keep me in good health and also prolong my life. Small changes can have a big impact on your life. One of the many things that I do daily is take two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar(ACV).

Originally I would drink my ACV with 8 oz of water, but here lately due to the taste, I have found a new way to make my ACV more a palatable. In the morning I already drink green tea with organic honey and lemon with my breakfast, and now I just add the two teaspoons of ACV to my tea and that cuts the bitterness. I only use Bragg Organic ACV and normally purchase it from Amazon

ACV has many amazing benefits, here are the top ten:

  1. Lowers blood sugar and fights diabetes
  2. Helps with weight loss
  3. Lowers blood pressure and cholesterol
  4. Fights cancer
  5. Regulates bodily pH levels and combats heartburn
  6. Soothes sunburn
  7. Reduces inflammation(sore throat/stuffiness)
  8. Helps clear up acne
  9. Improves hair texture
  10. Whittens teeth
